well that makes sense for you p. most cheap chocolate is milk based Probably why then. I do like dark chocolate better. I enjoy candy bars that are milk chocolate and a lot of the major brand names, just not stuff made from Palmer or Franklin, store brand stuff.. they add too much of something that's yucky.

Yes, dark chocolate is healthier for you and has some health related benefits if eaten in moderation.

Some of it is for me as well. Dove makes a really good dark chocolate and some of the imported brands are good too. Lindt is from Switzerland, but manufactured in New Hampshire. They make really good dark chocolate too. You can buy it at different percentages of intensity.

there is a lindt store right here in town. the best part is you can have them make a box of only the ones you like

I knew about the store, didn't know about picking out what you like. That's cool. There's a lot of candy stores here on Mackinac Island, fudge and other fine chocolates. It's going to be difficult to not be overly tempted.

yep they have all the pre boxed stuff but also a counter with trays of each flavor and can make up different sized boxes. just like filling a dozen at the the doughnut shop
