Thanks Tom It actually feels really good to be back here. When I was flying in over Traverse City, all kinds of memories flooded back to me, but good ones! The view over the Bay always reminds me of the Keys with the water and little island like peninsulas.
It's wonderful to see my son again. My other one visits tonight and we'll all spend the day together tomorrow. Friday night we go to my son's in-laws for dinner, I haven't met them yet... wasn't able to go to my son's wedding. |

 I didn't get smooshed, but I needed an air mask... guess he could have spent a few days being stranded somewhere with no water and soap

Yes, it was only 50 minutes. Not sure why I said an hour and a half to Delightful, guess I was exhausted.. guess I looked at the boarding time instead of departure time.
Holy cow, I slept for over 11 hours last night. I was wiped out. My whole body aches from trying to get comfy at the airport the night before. It's mostly in my back. One more night on my queen size pillow top bed should help!

Next time I have the bright idea of staying at the airport over night, I think I need to bring a pillow or back cushion.

There's a winter storm watch for tonight
When I landed in Chicago, it was a little depressing. The land was flat, high rise buildings, and no snow! But when I got closer to Travers City, I could see little hills and snow... Guess I wasn't tired of it after all
