I haven't been on in a while. (probably a few months) While I was gone, I had 1 nudge from someone in my area (Austin Texas) who's been away for less than a month. I nudge back. (call it common courtesy) and the instant I do that, I get a message from a woman in Columbia. Why did that happen?

From the same profile? She probably lied about where she was from or moved

2 different profiles. No pic of the face on the Colombian one, but I'm 90% sure the image of the women from the 2 are not the same.

Probably a coincidence. The Columbian probably saw you online
