It tells me I have mail. When I open mail, it says this folder is empty. This has happened for over two months now. Please help

Oh yes, Mikey's right. The app will include the nudges, and the mobile site using your phone does the same. I've had similar experiences. It shows 5 messages, but only 2 in the box and 3 nudges. The main site doesn't do it, just the other two.

It could be as explained above. Also, a scammer could have sent an email (hence the notice) but the site banned them and deleted the scam email
Or you are actually clicking on an ad |
