You can't delete, only deactivate HOW DO I DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT? You would go here to deactivate your profile: http://mingle2.com/user/show_settings You may want to go here first, to stop emails: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings And to: http://mingle2.com/user/edit_photos to remove your photos (optional..you may want to leave them in case you return :-) For mobile app users - Click Menu on top left of your screen - Click SETTINGS - Deactivate your Account (bottom of the list)

I find the fact that I cannot delete my account should I wish to, absolutely appalling.I for one do not want my profile floating around on the internet for ever more.....

It would still be in cyberspace somewhere. Just deactivate and don't log back in. Technically the profile isn't yours any way

All other dating sites that I have been on have all deleted my profile when I asked them to,why can't mingle2? Most actually use deleted profiles for bots to keep up memberships. So chances are your profiles are still on those sites. It's just you can't log in to them.
