God and TQM - so humanity has finally reached a level equal to heavenly management. That is fun.
I would like like to see, however, a space for comments - I have a little issue with the 80/20 rule, even TQM has not overcome the inadequacies of the effers verses results of that equation. These days the high price of fuel makes the spinning of ones wheels a rather costly venture.
