I will keep the address in Florida. I just talked to my sister, and there was black mold in the trailer I was staying in. So good thing I left.

She's going to be renting it out in March to the person who is fixing it up. She's living with her boyfriend now since the other place is uninhabitable too. They'll be getting married in July, or so they say. And the other place that doesn't have black mold will be habitable in a couple months.

The rental will be short term, so after it's like new and the renter moves out, it will still be available to me. As well as the other place. So I still have a home base to go to, it's just a matter of how the situation is down there as to whether I will choose to or not.

Nope! Actually when I was a server, I never really did that. I seemed to get better tips from being real and sometimes abrupt.

And the day that water got accidentally spilled on some guys lap, I got a pretty decent tip as well
