Topic: Christmas gifts for under $50 | |
---|---|
Christmas seems to always be stressful..
Trying to find that right gift for that right person.. a lot of us over spend.... Putting lots of presents under the tree.. Probably to compensate for the fact that we .. either don't know the other person well enough are we just simply can't think of anything.. appropriate to get them.. So looking for great Christmas ideas for under $50... |

I remember a few years when the kids were growing up (they were teens) we did gift exchanges where the gifts had to be homemade.
They still got things as presents thru the year but the Christmas exchange was only homemade stuff. For a few years we didn't have a Christmas tree. I bought a lighted yard manger display and we got together and painted it up and placed that in the living room. Being the last to bed Christmas Eve I made sure to put baby Jesus in his manger before the lights went out. When the kids woke they saw the greatest gift of all was baby Jesus. We decorated the scene like we would a tree. We bought craft crates at the hobby store and part of the Christmas season was family nights where the kids decorated the crates like the chests presented to baby Jesus. Santa was not allowed in our house. Angels brought the kids gifts and filled their chests with goodies. Wrapping paper was silver and gold. Each one of my kids recall those Christmas' as the best ever. We stopped doing it that way when the kids got older but it sure did cause me to have Christmas spirit again. I still watch the home movies of those Christmas' times. And yes, the wonder and innocence in my children's eyes still cause me to tear up. |

Ethel checked into a Motel on her 65th Christmas evening ... she was lonely, a little depressed at her advancing age so decided to risk an adventure. She thought, "I'll call one of those men you see advertised in phone books for escorts and sensual massages. She looked through the phone book, found a full-page ad for a guy calling himself Tender Tony, a very handsome man with assorted physical skills flexing in the photo. He had all the right muscles in all the right places, thick wavy hair, long powerful legs, dazzling smile, six-pack abs and she felt quite certain she could bounce a dime off his well-oiled buns ..... She figured, what the heck, nobody will ever know. I'll give him a call... "Good evening, ma'am, how may I help you?" Oh my, he sounded sooo sexy! Afraid she would lose her nerve if she hesitated, so she rushed right in, "I hear you give a great massage. I'd like you to come to my motel room and give me one. No, wait, I should be straight with you. I'm in town all alone and what I really want is Christmas sex. I want it hot, and I want it now. Bring implements, toys, everything you've got in your bag of tricks. We'll go at it all night ... tie me up, cover me in chocolate syrup and whipped cream, anything and everything, I'm ready! Now how does that sound?" He said, "That sounds absolutely fantastic, but you need to press 9 for an outside line." Thanks Blondey, that was awesome! |
