WTF... Microsoft put up a security window and blocked my computer because of IP security. They had me call them and walked through a bunch of stuff and want me to connect with MICRO NETWORK SOLUTIONS to resolve the issue. Russia and Turkey are trying to hack the network here. It started back in March, and they want me to pay to have my IP address cleaned and encrypted.
The Microsoft official support window is still up and won't go away. I'm using my mobile data to be online right now.

funny the only turks i've seen lately were on platters. have you been connecting thru your phone with the new puter? sometimes i get an ip conflict when restarting my connection like windows forgot it was already connected to the phone |

No, I have internet so have been connected through that. I saw all the data he pulled up and there has been a lot of attempts in this area. My anti-virus said I'm protected, there was one scan that was blocked.

HMMM never ran into that before not sure. but it sounds like the connection is the problem not the puter if you are successfully connect thru the phone.

Back in March or April my bank froze my online banking because of a compromise and changed me debit card. There was a compromise with an institution, I wonder if it's about this. The diagnostic report he pulled up dated back to March, and the last attempt to access by remote was this morning shortly after 7am.

might be related but i wouldn't even know where to tell you to start checking except maybe back with your bank or support at the store you bought the extended care for puter with

He wanted to connect me with Network Solutions right away to take care of it. I couldn't get to the physical address, so he gave me the online one. I am wondering if it's a scam, to get me to spend money, but I don't know. It was the Microsoft website that came up. The only thing though is that it took me to another site called Zues, or Zeus, and the notice said that's a Trojan thingy that's trying to access me. It's really confusing.

i would also recommend going back to the dinosaur to you get it looked at and leave it off til then

I just did. So basically I just let someone scan my computer. He showed me all the errors and where it was attempted to be hacked. And my computer blocked the one scan, so hopefully I will be okay.
