Hi dub |
woo hoo thanksgiving is back on sis's inlaws finally called and changed their plans at the last minute as expected
That's cool Eric, now you don't have to worry about burning down the house
Kidding, that really is nice. |
it's not burning down the house but burning up a perfectly good turkey
Well that's almost just as bad
I told you to get a butterball. Well now you don't have to worry about it. But the butterballs are hard to mess up. And if you use a baking bag, they are less likely to burn or get dried out. A timer helps too! |

way too techinical for this neadtherthal.
fire plus meat equals food |
Better stick to the simple things then
besides i don't have a bbq big enough for a whole turkey, anymore

Bummer! I'm not sure how well it would work on a grill though. I guess it can be done, they roast pigs on the open fire.
Hey, there's an idea Your BBQ doesn't have to be big enough. Just rig something up so it can hang over the fire and have it rotate. |
my rotisserie matches my current baby sized grille
Okay, guess it's a good thing you don't have to worry about it then
