I've just been for my check up at the doctors and my cholesterol is 8. Something *************************************************** Apple cider vinegar 50/50 with water 3 times a day. That will fix it in one week or less. Also, Get on to a nice T-bone or scotch fillet with yellow fat marbles 2 times a week at least ( Grass feed yearling/s ) Trust a witch doctor. Yes it's what they give you to reduce and control it

Must be yellow, not whitish. That's a grass fed beef and young. |

Ah, definitely a good thing until you get in down, A lot of people can control it with diet and natural remedies, but with your heart condition, it's best to follow the doctors advice until it's under control.

I was always told that you should also have the fat on beef? Helps keep it juicy and tender. But from what Pepi is saying, the white stuff isn't good for you. |

Many reasons to fall. Yes, I know people who have diabetes and they tend to have cholesterol problems, as well as problems with controlling the diabetes due to artificial sweeteners and foods that have been tampered with. Lowfat, low cholesterol, low sugar, anything that's not a whole and natural food isn't good for you. The body only recognizes whole foods. Moderation and exercise are the key thing. |

Any Processed foods, supermarkets brands, those in a tin, salami, sausages, so on, they are to be cut off the shopping list altogether. Way too many chemicals in them . Correct...WE ARE WHAT WE EAT. Any Processed foods, supermarkets brands, those in a tin, salami, sausages, so on, they are to be cut off the shopping list altogether. Way too many chemicals in them . The body can only take it till it has to stop Yes, I have to admit I got away from my healthier diet and definitely can feel the difference. I need to get back to eating right. |
