Originally to meet someone local to date and hopefully have it lead to something more. Didn't happen, so I joined the forums. Still haven't met anyone locally and haven't met anyone that is interested in starting a long distant relationship that could lead to a more permanent no distant relationship, so I am mostly here to hang out with friends. 
OR... maybe you're not interested, eh? Of course I'm interested... otherwise I wouldn't have said I am open to a LDR. But I know that's not what you're referring to... It takes both being interested in order for it to work. But yes, I have met one or two that were interested but I wasn't interested in anything other than friendship. Thanks for reminding me.
