I think so... if it's not a dream waking you, it's the only other explanation I have..

I've had the same problem before. Calcium seems to help, and when I listen to a CD that had spiritual music, that helped too. I can't have the music all night, so the CD worked well, it would stop after an hour.

is there really some truth to that idea Stu? I believe there is sis, our souls are connected and when we sleep, we go into the spirit world. It's like traveling through astro projecting. Some people dream of a past life, they wake up feeling like they were really there, well you most likely were revisiting that place in your dream state. |
