But where is the indication that a message has been read (or not)?

Several I've sent have received replies so there should be something to tell me these have been read, but I can't find it!

And yes, I have paid for the upgrade.

I think that creating a 'ticket' is designed for software bugs that need fixing. All I need to know is how you see if a message has been read as that is one of the reasons I purchased the paid-for option.

Maybe nobody else is bothered. Maybe nobody else has ever wanted to know.

Or just maybe someone reading this will be able to tell me how to use that feature!

No...creating a ticket is for billing questions too (which includes issues with the upgrade)

I guess your answer means that you (yellowrose10) don't know either! If I ever find out I'll make sure to post the answer here for all to see.

yellowrose10 is a former moderator. She is very helpful to others and always has been.

She cannot see or verify that you are a paid user. That is why she asked you to create a ticket for admin.

If an email has been read, it will show read within x minutes ago, on the email you sent. If it does not show, then it hasn't been read.

That is for paid users only.

Thank you for that. I can see it now, but I'm fairly sure it wasn't there a day or two ago, on messages that I know have been read because I have received replies! :wink:
