I think he means he gets a message saying "something went wrong". It's probably the app, it used to happen when I was using it. OP, if you're using the app, it has glitches in it. Better to use the mobile site on your phone.

what went wrong? a message you sent? if yes then it is one of 2 things 1 you have been blocked 2 you are ignoring the message filters of whoever you are messaging message filters = age limits - you are to young maybe or distance you are to far away those are just 2 examples
