With the constant controversy, unbelievable news, and staff turnover, the Trump White House often feels more like television than real-life. For former Vice President Al Gore, a comparison to one of Game of Thrones‘ most memorable and deadly scenes sounds about right.
Appearing Wednesday on MSNBC and discussing the current administration, he shared, “Last week, somebody said it was like the Red Wedding in Game of Thrones with people coming and going and ‘I’m gonna fire everybody.’ It was really wild.”

there is a comedian named Jon Mulaney who was on TV comparing it to a horse running wild in a hospital,, where everyone pretty much THINKS they will probably be alright but they just don't really know whats going to happen

I'm rather annoyed at the fad of solemnly proclaiming that this or that institution is "broken." I find it to be a cheap rhetorical trick that too many people play, usually either as a way to avoid the hard work of coming up with specifics to improve things, or worse, as a cover for the fact that they want to do away with American democracy altogether.
