I sit and cry myself to sleep

hoping and wishing a guy to meet.

Everytime I sit alone,

I dream of having,

a loving man in my home.

Almost had a man for me,

but he got scared to come and see

Thinking to myself he's not alone

for I too, am in the twilight zone.

As these tears fall down my cheek,

my frailing heart skips a beat.

I have so much love to give

wish he'd take a walk and live.

Not as lover's but as friends

then our hearts would combine the blends.
