i know there's gotta be a few other Hog fans on here that probably already heard about this but i want to know people's opinions on this.


personally i think the Hogs are done for because with the majority of our top players leaving (D-Mac,Monk,possibly Jones,and a few others)who is going to want to coach?.Reggie Herring is taking over the coaching spot for now but he's the defensive coordinator!.i've already told a few Houston Nutt haters that i'm going to LMAO if we can't win one game next year because they whined about his coaching.

The word is he is going to ole miss

i haven't heard where he is going yet but my uncle just called and said ESPN is saying they are hearing our AD is in talks with the Bucs head coach about coaching the Hogs?

I always liked Nutt. I'm a Bama fan, but I respected the heck out of Nutt. I figured with the crap he dealt with before the 2007 season began that if Arkansas did not at least win 9 games, he would resign or be fired.

If he does go to Ole Miss, then he will turn that program around in a heartbeat.

I like Houston Nutt too.i thought he was a good coach but everyone put the blame om him for stupid reasons.any time a player made a mistake during a game,Nutt got the blame,any bad plays that were chosen,Nutt got the blame,heck i think Nutt got the blame for stupid things players did off the field.Of course all these people that blamed him for things are the Mustain and Malzahn @$$ kissers.



Btw,to the USC fans,what do you think about our ex so called "All American QB"Mitch Mustain?

Yeah. Nutt got hosed in a bad way from Miss. Mustain and the other parents that followed her lead. And, I am sorry, but Malzahn used Mitch to get into the college ranks. He might become a head coach and he might be successful. But he did use the boy. I just can't see Mitch becoming the great QB he was supposed to become while at USC. I mean, there are five star QB's on that roster, and Mitch is going to have to work his ass off to win the job from Sanchez next year.

Anyways, even through all the crap Nutt endured, I never heard him utter one bad word. Broyles stood behind Nutt when many wanted him ousted. But ol' Frank needed to back Nutt alot more than he did during this past spring. The whole situation sucked, and Nutt, I feel, did the right thing by resigning. Like I said, if he goes to Ole Miss then he will turn that program around. But I think he might be headed somewhere else, and that could be Nebraska.

I'm not a Malzahn fan,i was glad to hear both him and Mustain left.people around here seem to think that if they come from Springdale,they're just gonna kick @$$ but it's not true.Mustain tried to play college like he was in Highschool and Malzahn's hurry up offense just did not work.


as far as Broyles goes,i'm glad he is leaving.i think he wasn't allowing enough for recruitment and stuff like that.

I know Nutt couldn't stay for ever but with the Bowl games coming up,this is a bad time for fans to pressure him to leave.i think that's what irritates me the most
