Hi and help. I'm new and this is my first time ever on this site. So once I post this now what? Now... not much. You just post in the forum and report fake profiles. Or, if you feel giddy, you can always become a Plus member so you can see the pictures of the profiles that a computer-generated algorithm choses for you. Ha ha Welcome.
