Try resting or napping a couple times during the day for a couple days, it might help

I am completely unable to sleep during the day. I try, it's pretty much like my nights lol I generally rest all day because I can't tolerate heat to well anymore. |

Have you talked to your doctor about maybe a sleep aid? |

That's what the xanax is for, although I stopped taking it for several months. Ex gave me some until I can get back to my doctor to get a new prescription. I'm also trying to figure out why I get the shakes, my hands tremble so bad it's hard to hold coffee cup with out spilling it, or trying to hold and type on the phone, etc.. |

Xanax isn't really good for you. It's addictive and has bad side effects. Do some research on it. The doctor might be able to give you something better. It could be a reaction from the xanax. |

Oh I know sweety, but I was off it long enough that whatever side effects I may have been having would have been gone. I think there may be more going on. But I will certainly talk to him. I don't want to be on them, but if it makes me sleep and stops the tremors, then I will for now. RUN, REALLY FAST! lol |
