Everyone knows how hard it is to talk to someone real on here let alone compatible. I finally find people who are worthy of response and they have a age restriction I miss by a year or two. Thought this site was to meet people not a interrogation. Guess that's why they're on here. I'm 49 seeking the same age.

Age isn't meaningless I am 56 years old and I frankly dont want to date someone my eldest child's age...

Why would you say that? This is a social site, as well. Maybe they are interested in meeting someone and you just don't meet their age criteria

Ok I did have some sympathy for your frustration til this. I joined this site back when it was "more" a social site and less of a "dating site".


And WTH... Why would I want to hang out on FB before I made my profile so bloody private there I got hit on there more than I ever have here.

As for responding to your comment about "age", age difference is bloody subjective.

So we need to make special allowances for the ones that fall into the 1 to 5 year range then next it would be 1 to 10 year range.

Bottom line "Everyone" has filters whether they are listed or not. Respect them or not your choice.
