Why difference in years is bothering womens? Possibly because they don't want to talk to someone that might be there kids age.

10-15 years is not much difference :( But still always problem in that...

Some times it's because they are looking for some one that is in the same stage of life they are. Some women are looking at retiring and preparing to go where they want to around that age. So they are not looking to be held back.
