It's been a good marathon (If they don't let it get too long and tiring), if its ends on this note '7th season', and it should end on that note, and they don't ruin it with future sequels and prequels it'll go down as one of the most epic TV series of all time. Hopefully they won't butcher it like 'the walking dead', I just lost interest in that around 4th 5th season I can't remember, ridiculous rollover plots and stories. season 8 is the last...i think every one will die... maybe not Arya, tho... Sorry, my error, season 8, it should definitely end with season 8. |

i do love game of thrones! the plot, the twists. my favorite moment until now is the walk of shame of Cersei. at first she is the most terrible villain until i get amazed by her acting at walk of shame scene. you can see how she keeps her pride at first, chin up and all, then it keeps going until she get the breakdown and all her pride is broken. now i see her as the most full-determination character as she even kill beloved son that goes in her way. such a powerful character. anyhow, i don't really enjoy season 7 (because i love plot twists), but the scene of sansa when be-littlefinger-ing is quiet awesome ;) she only directly kill tommen, for her survival sake. inbreds.. it's all about survival of the lannisters, see it as some kind of species that is going to extinct so that she took all the means to make the odds on her side. |

The final season is set for April 2019. They are no longer following the books as George LL Martin has not completed the series.
I have read them all and to respond to a gentleman who thinks the books are better than the series that is just not true. George LL Martin can be a complete bore at times, however, when he is good he is great. |
