fruit of the forest is a mixture of bery you find in the woods (rasberry (black and red) cherry, light on bluebery, littl rubar) and any other berries ya want to mix in

lol Pam, the difference in dressing and suffing is southern dressing is made from cornbread, and stuffing is made with bread crumbs. I guess it's 6 of one half dozen of the other, I like cornbread dressing with giblet gravy. |

sounds like a good pie to me...............and Im collecting recipes............now if you all need a good cut out recipe for christmas cookies.......I posted it under the recipe section........
now this giblet gravy thing...........does that mean you have to cut off someones giblet.......whatever that is |

Try this recipe if you like a chewy, thick cookie.......its the best Best Cookie Cutouts ever Ingredients 1/3 cup of shortening 1 egg 1/3 cup of sugar 2/3 cup of honey 1 tsp lemon flavoring 2 3/4 cup of flour 1 tsp of soda 1 tsp of salt Directions Mix all ingredients together. Dough should be formed into one lump. Wrap and refrigerate or freeze for 24 hours. Roll out dough approximately 1/2 inch thick. cut out and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375degrees for 7 to 8 minutes. After cooling decorate as you choose The trick to this recipe is to handle the dough as little as possible. Makes a thick chewey cookie that is very tasteful.
