I just got done watching the movie "The Notebook." What an inspirational story of "true" love. Has anyone seen it? If you like this kind of movie you will certainly get a perspective how true love endures all things. Just thought I would share.

Not only have I seen the movie, I have it on DVD, my son bought it for me. And I just LOVE it. I cried so much, I had to back it up several times.
I wanna be loved like that too.

It's another good one.

Tell me about it! It gives you so much perspective of what love really is. And yes, I also have Sweet Home Alabama on DVD (another favorite). I suppose I am just a sucker for what they call chick flicks. <<< Mr. Sensitive here...lol.

These kind of movies really hit hard on an emotional level, especially when you know in your heart that that is exactly the kind of person you are and have so much to offer someone. But you know what? Your day is coming... my day is coming! Keep your chin up!

I'm not usually one for sappy melodramatic chick flicks but this one melted my heart. I wanna be loved like that too

I wanna be loved like that, is also a country song, that hits in very much the same ways a the movies. I love it too.
I try not to admit to my sappy side too much, but it is there.
And sweetbilly, I think, I hope, I have found him already. And I found him right here on JSH. We are to meet the end of this month.

One movie that made me cry was Fried Green Tomatoes. One movie that made me laugh was Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. I like the show Dinner and a Movie.

I loved the movie also, I hate to admit it but it did make me cry as well. But the one movie that made me cry the most was, the original, Walking Tall.

My most favorite tearjerkers Steel Magnolias and Phenomenon, both make me bawl my eyes out, every time no matter how many times I watch them. (ok, maybe I have more of a sappy side than I thought )
