an honest true loving man are few and far in between i admire men like that but sadly it takes more to it to be able to find the right person theres this intangible connection that must happen or should be present . for the lucky ones it can happen in an instant but for us normal pessimistic older been there done that kind of woman it takes more time

Words on the Internet are meaningless, and yes photos and initial attraction matter.

So if you're an honest man answer this..have you EVER skipped a womans profile based solely on her picture? I'm guess yes..

.BUT she may have been honest and loyal, WHY didn't you give her a chance? You're just like every other guy..shallow hal!

TRUTH IS we all judge initially on a photo and then see if we want to get to know them more....

of course if someone participates in the forums one my realize they have things in common with someone and THAN look at the profile....but generally it's the other way around.

Putting a characteristic on all woman or all men based in your own perception of things....well as you see above may not always be accurate

Have seen plenty of men put on their profiles that they are honest and other things... then you give them a chance, benefit of the doubt and you catch them in a lie! Has happened to me more times than I can shake a stick. That makes it very hard to trust. Also I say actions speak louder than words, if you're going to say something then you better be able to back it up with your actions. And don't make promises that you can't keep!

Quite true, had been in a marriage for 36 years where my now ex husband loved his alcohol more than his own wife and kids. Then you have scammers who take advantage of your good heart and your vulnerability...

No it doesn't take a perfect profile or a perfect picture... be specific in your profile. When you put your pictures on your profile, make sure that they're not blurry or you're too far away and I pass on a lot of men who are wearing sunglasses. The more pictures you have and the more detailed your profile is the better your chances are... just saying- my opinion.

ALL men say they are an honest, loving man and a good guy. And most women, know they THINK they are.
