civics needs to be taught in school,, voters are not educated as they once were about how government actually functions,,,

this will bring to light the bigotry and division that for years people have ignored or pretended didn't exist

People have not pretended that bigotry and division does not exist. There has always been rich and poor. The KKK and nazi have not pretended that at all. It seems that the people that are pushing bigotry and division the most now days are African Americans, latinos, native Americans, poor people, gay people, transgendered people, handicap people, veranda, extra. They all want their special interests. They want to belong to their special group, and they want the attention of everyone else. They don't want to blend in with everyone else. Religion used to segregate many people, but you don't see a lot of that anymore. The Germans, Italians, English, Irish used to have major issuers and division, but you don't hear about that any more. Norwegian, Swedish, and Fins had differences. When people chose to not make an issue out of everything and blend in they get along much better. It's taken time to do that, but it does happen. There has been gay people since the beginning of time, look at all the performers that were out and accepted in the 1970's. There has been important black people in history. It's just everyone wants to be the victim nowadays. Everyone wants an excuse. Everyone says that everyone else is judging them and really you are just as guilty as they are for thinking that. What comes next, nobody knows, anything can happen. Everything changes with time.

my point is that because it wasn't 'heard about', people assumed that everything was going 'smoothly'

pushing bigotry , to me is promoting it and supporting it

shining a light on the need to expose and discourage bigotry is something totally different

if women would accept harassment and not make a big deal, men would feel like people were 'getting along'

if negros had accepted slavery and not made a big deal, white americans would assume that people were 'getting along' and things were going 'smoothly'


ITs a disgrace that someone could use the disgusting , divisive language he does and get this sort of support
