so vote for hillary because???
oh yea, they are all the same???? what has she done? what can she do without the support of congress/senate? think maybe the money they have made and will make with 2 presidential retirements is a factor in her and bills eyes? she can't answer a question without answering it a minute later with a different answer. |

It took her two weeks
to come up with a straight answer on giving illegal immigrants drivers licenses. Her response to that questions epitomizes her weasel words. I don't want weasel words from a candidate, I want straight talk. I want someone who will stand up against the status quo and not just go along with it. I'm starting to like John Edwards more and more. |

Thats why we need someone with new,,,fresh ideas, that make sense to the people, so we can give that person the power to get past the Congress!
Someone thats ready to take the corporate out of goverment and put the "We the People" back in it! To start to make a difference that you can feel and I can feel, instead of what the CEO for Exxon or Mattel can feel! John Edwards can do this! I trust him...... |

The three appeared separately on stage, the only candidates from either party to accept invitations from sponsors Grist, an online environmental magazine, and Public Radio International's "Living on Earth," a nationally broadcast program on environmental concerns. The forum was held in partnership with the League of Conservation Voters Education Fund and other environmental groups.
Like his rivals, Edwards said climate change requires urgent action. But he argued repeatedly that measures to slow global warming are being hindered by a broken political system in Washington that bends to corporate power and feeds off its money. "I see the oil and gas companies blocking progress by spending millions of dollars and deploying hundreds of lobbyists in Washington to make sure that America stays addicted to foreign oil and fossil fuels," Edwards said. Isnt that what most of us have been saying! Edwards' comments on lobbyists appeared aimed at least partly at Clinton. He has accused her of being beholden to corporate interests that have contributed lavishly to her campaign. Clinton has accepted $567,950 from lobbyists, while Edwards has accepted $18,900, according to an analysis by the nonpartisan Center for Responsive Politics. Its not Zero but at least hes not a complete hypocrit!! |

OK, back to Hillary;
As part of her approach, Clinton supports a cap-and-trade plan, under which power plants or businesses that exceed pollution caps must buy or trade for additional allowances, usually from others that have been able to cut their emissions. Kucinich called that a "phony solution." =============================================================== She is calling for the creation of a $50 billion strategic energy fund, coupled with tougher fuel efficiency standards financed in part by $20 billion in "green vehicle bonds." What the hell does that mean? That she wants to give Cheney's and Bush's corporate interests a boost as they leave office. A sorta-retirement fair-well! And then rely on us to sacrifice and save fuel! |

How come when Hillary attacks Edwards, it's called "toughness",
But when Edwards attacks Hillary, it's called "agressiveness"? |

I am having a hard time finding someone that is in my opinion...worthy. I do not even care a little bit about gender, or race.
I just want to believe in someone. But who? I am for someone that is like us. Working, trying hard to make it. Someone that isn't from a wealthy background. Someone that realizes the cost of living that reflects what we live daily. Someone that can actually relate. But, I believe this can only happen when house is cleaned completely. Kick'em all out. Start over brand new. From scratch. With all these already corrupt people on boared, we don't have a snowballs chance in hell. Now Hillary is a smart cookie. She has knowledge. She will have backup. She has Bill, who our allies liked. All the other countries liked him, I think. Obama has experience in making things happen. Edwards, now Edwards, is a cutie. I think he has more reason to try than any of them. But, he won't make it, I don't think. The rest of them....I just don't know. Kat |

I think people will be surprised by Edwards support!

I like Edwards. He comes from humble beginnings. He isn't used goods yet. I just think people will go for a lie first. Being gullable the way so many are.
