You may find more luck at Freelancer You post your project as a tender, Designers/Workers bid for the job You check out their portfolio You choose one And pay them when the job is finished. Note: Be sure to itemise the specifics of your requirements. If you do not then a worker could argue that you did not specify XYZ in your initial tender request and payment is now due as all criteria is satisfied. . Good Luck |
