Besides the basis boring stuff like what is your favorite color and the such what was the most intriguing questions you have recieved from the opposite sex?

What are three things that you dislike the most in a person?

What was your favorite vacation? Where would you like to go on the next one?

What did you learn from your last relationship(if they answer the question it shows they are aware)

If our moms were setting us up on a blind date, what three things would your mom tell mine about you?

What have you guys encounted. Curious to see what other people are asking.

I ususally get..

..Is it true what they say about tongue rings? (My normal response "Yes, they make great skewers")

What inspires you?

...because most people don't think about it or they think it has to be something grandios. It does not ... you can be inspired by a bug crawling across a window ... the way the trees reflect on a pond...the sound of laughter ... a song or piece of poetry ... anything ...

I just want people to be inspired about their lives ... so I ask about it.

I wouldn't say this is the most "intriguing" question, but it's definitely one of the more interesting ones that I like to ask:

"What cds are in your (car/home) cd player right now?"

This answer is always interesting and can tell you a bit about the person. It also opens the door for more interesting conversation as well.

I have used that cd player one too. I really like music so that is a great way to see what kind of music they are into. Good call.
