I love early mirnings too in terms of getting stuff done, but I love the night time for social activities or just cooling down

I usually walk away until I have cooled down and can be rational. Venting out loud with a good friend or by myself helps to get it out and then I can express myself better to the one I am angry with. I don't like arguing or fighting so I seldom go off on someone in the heat of anger. Words can be hurtful.

If peole dont explain why they are upset with me,, I continue to be nice to them and if that warmth is not reciprocated eventually , then I accept that the relatoonship/friendship is beyond repair , and demonstrate a detached type of courtesy towards them afterwards.

If however someone lets me know what I have done to anger them, Im usually quick to apologise and attempt to compendate for my wrong.

Lol, I don't always, sometimes it's a challenge to do so. But I have faith and truly believe our Creator didn't put us here to be miserable or to suffer, so I look for the blessings and hold on to that.
