A tour of Kentucky back roads in the fall when the leaves are changing.
Good music, great conversation and lots of quiet peaceful walks hand in hand stopping to savor the moment and get lost in the feeling. |

A safari...to see the unadulterated land and watch the amazing wild life together.

Lets see...
We fly to New York City and spend a day at the Museum of Natural History. Have a wonderful night on the town and the next day watch two shows at the Hayden Planetarium. The After-Talk with Neil Degrasse Tyson was fun and enlightening. We then rent a car and turn South. Stopping to spend an entire day at the National Zoo. A short tour of the Capitol District and off to Kentucky. It was a pleasant walk up the trail in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Lots of pictures and some archeological native Indian finds. At the scenic overlook we tried to make our echoes intertwine as sentences. We laughed at our silliness. We got to Nashville in the morning. We rented one of those luxury golf carts and zipped around town to all the museums and recording studios. We spent the night on the town and met some famous and not so famous recording artists. We parted ways at the airport after a quick stop at the post office to mail your souvenirs to your house. I had lots of fun...Thank You! |

Wow! After taking me to all those wonderful places...the only place I can think of where I'd want to take you, is home with me!
Edit...Okay, I thought of a nice relaxing trip, we're probably both tired. We'll go to Manatee Springs and have a lovely time floating in the hot springs. Then we can get a riverboat and cruise along the Swanee River. It's really beautiful there. Lots of Manatees...a riverboat is good, canoes can be turned over easily when the Manatee surface...and there are plenty of Alligators waiting patiently on the shore for lunch. We'd arrive at the Gulf just in time for the sunset. We'll probably want to camp there and check out all the constellations, plus it's probably not a good idea to cruise the Swanee River at night...you can't see manatees and we might hit one. In the morning we'll take our time cruising back to Manatee Springs, and then say our good byes. |

Amazing! Didn't old fishermen think those gentle sea cows were mermaids at one time?
We have a late afternoon picnic in the Dirty Devil Caynons of Utah. Just before sunset we have a nice game of hide and seek/marco polo. Our echoing laughter and the rich colors of sunset sending our senses into sensual ecstasy. We hurry to Robber's Roost at the Colonnade Arch just in time to catch the last rays of light slowly creeping across the canyon. Together we compose a poem which will lift us forever more. |

Id take Tom4UHere to a silent Buddhist retreat... Ommm That would be wonderful, so peaceful and relaxing. One with everything! We would spend the weekend at a Music concert festival featuring a wide range of artists. Ranging from Celtic Woman Celtic Woman Destiny live concert http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNVJfIL4E0I To David Gilmour Live http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6JwaWzr1Uac At night after the concerts we would while away the hours at campfires having great conversations and listening to people play their instruments by firelight. |

I'd take you to a playground.
We would slide down the slide. Ride the whirly-gig. Swing on the swings. Play on the monkey bars. Have a round of Alligator tag. Play hide & seek. Skip together. Play tug-o-war. Play hop scotch. Make sand castles. Sing songs. Giggle a lot. Then we would go to the dairy and get a big freezy or ice cream and walk home. |

All that you mentioned at the playground... ...But before walking home, we fly a couple of those cool kites, maybe butterfly ones And then on the way back, we stop by the dog park and watch all the cute puppies playing. Thank you for a lovely day! |

I LOVE kites and rockets!
Puppy breath is a breath of life - Thanx! Lets see... I got it, let me ask a friend for a favor. Wait, one more friend. Okay all set. My buddy Bill Gates gave me an unlimited Visa card and Gene Roddenberry of Star Trek gave me a personal teleporter. I have the source buffer set to reestablish upon our return so we will feel just as refreshed as when we first left. Our fist stop is a weekend sleeper car train tour of the Alaskan scenic railway. There is a nice easy listening band playing in the club car. We had a bit of luck and watched a glacier calving and whales feeding. We got pictures of that family of Bald eagles roosting on the cell tower. They came out perfect! Next we zip on down to Argentina/Brazil at the Iguazu Falls. The Helo pilot dropped us at this very spot, right on the beach with a light picnic lunch. You have some really good music on your phone! Next we pop into the West Edmonton Mall in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. With an unlimited spending limit we had fun shopping the 800 different stores and mailing home all those wonderful things we bought each other. That sure was a beautiful outfit you had on. I hope I get to see you in that evening wear you picked out! Ooo-La-La! Next, a lazy boat ride in The Magnificent Lake in Melissani Cave, Kefalonia, Greece. Next off to Seattle, WA for a nice dinner in the Space Needle. Finally, a jump back where we started, feeling as fresh and energetic as when we started but with lots of wonderful pictures, video and memories. You will fall asleep anticipating those gifts we bought that should arrive next day air tomorrow. There's a little something special coming for you, I picked it out on my way to the bathroom while you were lounging next to the indoor beach sipping a refreshing drink and had the store ship it direct. Hang in the morning sun for a beautiful cascade of colors to brighten your day. |

I had an amazing time Tom, thanks. I love the falls and caves. And dinner was exquisite, such a beautiful view...in more ways than one. While we were shopping, I entered our names in to a few drawings, well quite a few. And guess what? We won!
We're going on an All expense paid trip to San Francisco. We'll be there for a few days, so pack accordingly. We get to choose where ever we want to go, so I took the liberty to pick a few places. You seem to be better with the finer details, so I'm open to suggestions with planning our days. I know how much you enjoy science, so I figured we'd go to the Exploratorium. It looks like a lot of fun and really interesting as well. There's even a chance for us to relive our youthful years with different science experiments. We'll probably want to spend the whole day here, it's a huge place. We'll want to visit the Wired Pier Environmental Field for sure. I've never been there and it sounds really cool. They have those sensitive instruments that measure and record conditions in the environment. Our next destination will be Fisherman's Wharf. I know you're going to love it there....if you haven't already visited the place. We'll have lunch at either one of the restaurants, or better yet, we can pick up some seafood from the Water Front Market and go sit at the pier by the sea lions, and watch them while we eat our lunch. I hope you like sea life, we'll be visiting the Aquarium of the Bay, it's right there at Fisherman's Wharf. A 300 ft tunnel that you walk through. ...Oh no, it's a shark! ...Guess I should warn you, I may be squeezing your hand a little, lol. One of our final destinations, will be a nice relaxing day at the Golden Gate Bridge Park. We'll stroll around the gardens and get one of those little boats to float around in. Oh, I almost forgot. Before we leave, we have an appointment at the spa. I booked us a couple's massage the afternoon before our check out day. For our last evening meal there, I thought a nice intimate place with a view of the Golden Bridge would be ideal. We'll have continental breakfast before leaving for the airport. And per your suggestion in previous trips, we mailed all the packages home. I hope you like the shirt I snuck in your box just before the mail room crew wrapped it. It's been lovely, thank you! I look forward to the possibility of future journeys with you. edited for typos |

Wow, you sure do know how to crisp my cracker!
I hope I didn't embarrass you when I tried to join in with the sea lion's conversation. It looked like they were having a very good one and I couldn't hold my yelp. I would have worn that fantastic shirt today but I slept in it last night because it made me feel loved, Thank You! Today, Lets just sit on the stoop and enjoy the wonders we can point out to each other. We can make some sun tea or fresh lemonade and have a nice fruit basket for snackage. A buddy of mine suggested that I stay at his new hotel acquisition. He said all expenses paid and If I want, I can bring a friend because he has some open rooms available. Here is the pictures he sent. Its called the Jules Undersea Lodge in Key Largo, Florida. Here is the dining area... and the sleeping rooms... Its an open invitation so there is no time frame, just food for thought. If you wanted to go by yourself (I understand) its about $700 plus tax per person per night. Later on, almost dusk we go on a drive along the beach highway. Low music playing and windows open. We stop every so often to get out and walk on the beach or look over a dune. We grab a nice roadside dinner at a quaint little known place and have fun throwing fries to the gulls (and each other - YOU, you hit me in the eye and now I am fry blinded for life!) Your laughter fires my soul. As the sunset gives way to night we arrive back where we started and place a blanket in the yard and lay together looking at the Milky Way as it grows bright in the blackness of the night. We point out our favorite constellations and I tell you a half-baked story of what its like on my home planet. We laugh and giggle, point with ooh and awes and have a pleasant time. When its time to part we share what some of our moments together today meant to us. Its really hard to say goodbye but we both have to get up in the morning. Sweet Dreams... Edit to add the A to quAint, I forgot to press the A key, silly me... |

Wow, that sounds really cool, absolutely I will go with you. Thanks for inviting me. I very much enjoyed the many adventures we've been on and the relaxing day trips as well. Like today, it was nice to sit on a stoop and have you point out the little wonders that I might not have noticed, like that ladybug. Laughing and sharing stories with you brightens my day, and seeing the gleam in your eyes makes my spirit soar.
I'm thrilled you liked the shirt I got for you and that you felt love wearing it. I bought it with love in my heart. Oh and no worries, I wasn't at all embarrassed when you joined in the conversation with the sea lions. I would have joined in too, had I not been laughing so hard. I hope your eye recovered from the flying french fry, lol. That was pretty funny though. So today I would like to invite you over for dinner. Nothing like a home cooked meal, right? I hope you're hungry. Oh, please let me know if there are any foods you don't like, and if you are allergic to anything. As always, you arrived on time... I appreciate that you are a punctual man. Wow, those are beautiful flowers, thank you! We'll start off with a nice ceasar salad I made us Tuscany Stuffed Chicken with Asparagus for the entree I figured potatoes would make us way too stuffed to enjoy the rest of the evening. But I know how a man loves potatoes, so I compromised by baking fresh potato rolls. And let's not forget dessert....we can let our food settle and eat it later, or now if you prefer Caramel Apple Crisp Dinner was good, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I enjoyed taking our time and having pleasant conversation while we ate. And I was happy you surprised me with bringing a couple movies from your movie collection, I would like to wait and have my dessert in a little while. It amazes me how when I laugh with you, I think I've never laughed so hard before, and then the next time I laugh even harder. That first movie was really funny. I like your taste in movies, I'm glad we saved the romantic comedy one to watch last. It was difficult to say goodnight, but we did knowing there would be other days to spend together if we both desired it. Before you left though, we had one more good laugh as we remembered the suds war we had in the kitchen after you insisted on helping with the dishes. Thank you for a lovely evening. Good night and Sweet Dreams! Edited for typos |
