yes, need has a lot to do with aid I agree but opponents make it about laziness, integrity, and character instead and some of the NEEDIEST places needing and accepting the most federal aid are the states who vote REPUBLICAN

The ****** word as you use it, is a word to discuss black people, but in reality it really means any person of a lower life. That is someone who is of lower class. This can include a white person, mandarin, black, or any one that does not come up to our standards, or really that does not fit the social norm! Unfortunately as in all things, this word has taken on a narrow minded standard!
