Mingle Staff,

I just checked my bank and "Successful Match" charged me $29.95 for membership- even though I chose to use the Trial Pay option instead! Now Mingle owes me $29.95 as well as the $34.00 charge for overdrafting my bank account. I have an email from Mingle acknowledging that my Trial Pay was successful (I chose Birch Box) I want both these bogus charges removed and refunded back to my bank account immediately. I do not want extra membership time in lieu of the actual money you helped yourselves to. I need to hear from you ASAP.

I am unable to email you as your token captcha is conveniently broken. I called you but am unwilling to leave my number and hope you call back. I am not a happy customer.

Successful Match has nothing to do with Mingle2. That's a different company. Mingle2 did not charge you $29.95. None of our services cost $29.95. They are either $29.85 or $29.99 depending if you are getting charged on the website or app.

I would recommend calling your credit card and letting them know that the charge was not made by you. It had nothing to do with Mingle2.
