Frankly don't think so. It's still more like a dating site .. just a place, where to start the search for the future relationship, which MIGHT lead to a marriage some day of course, if you're lucky enough ..

It is you who find your match and not the Mingle site and if it goes well with you then good luck but honestly speaking if you are not locally based it is very difficult to find a serious relationship coz you need to build that bond and beware of those who give time to chat you out if you are based internationally coz it will come one day that they will scam you by any means; most especially if you are sympathetic. So if it happens that they try to ask money for any reason block them right away and never speak to them no more and save yourself from further stress.

Mingle2 is a dating site but not an international marriage broker. So, whoever is trying to make you believe that this site is an IMB, is lying. If this person is trying to get money from you to get a marriage visa sponsor, don't give them any money.

That is a scam.

Report them to Mingle2 and maybe the police.
