An American, an Englishman and an Indian
Sit down for a cup of tea

No, let's make it, 'an Irishman, English and Indian'
(for obvious reasons..)

So the waiter brings them cups of tea
After he leaves they find a fly in each of their tea

The Englishman refuses, throws out the tea

The Indian, he flicks out the fly and drinks his tea

The Irishman, he squeezes the fly dry and drinks up his cup
