Check with your Local Law Enforcement to see if they are assisting in capturing these fugitives and how might you assist.

Rousing people into a state of frenzie - well I keep getting this picture in my head about that sci-gi movie where alien creatures grow in a pod and take on the features of an everyday human. Throughout the movie the humans are pointing fingers "THERE'S AN ALIEN" by the end the aliens are point fingers and "SCREECHING".

There's no reason to HATE or to pass on bigotry. There are cultural differences but their still human.
