Sorry for popping back on with the usual dissenting position, but it just occurred to me that the reason they chose to remove Jackson is to officially declare the banks 'above the law' VICTORY because it was Jackson who unlike his predecessors Lincoln and JFK, survived the assassins bullet and toppled the present day banking cabal. An American hero! Unfortunately short lived that it was.

Bank War
Quick Answer

President Andrew Jackson opposed the Second Bank of the United States because he believed that it held too much power without accountability and that it was unconstitutional.

Moreover, Jackson felt that the national bank was a threat to the American economy and to the American people. Between 1832 and 1833, Jackson used his presidential veto to dismantle the Second Bank of the United States by vetoing its congressional recharter. During 1833, he took further action against the national bank system by removing federal funds from the Second Bank of the United States and relocating the capital into loyal state banks throughout the nation.

The World Needs More of Canada's Tolerant Hoser Wisdom

"We’re far from perfect. But on better days, we xxxx bigotry in the face.
*What can the world learn from Bob and Doug McKenzie? Could Canada’s most famous toque-wearing beer-swillers represent the pinnacle of human achievement?
*As the world struggles with ethnicity and tolerance, our country is arguably at the vanguard of human cultural accommodation -- perhaps one of few nations on Earth where even our hosers seem largely immune to bigotry."
* We also own up to our own heinous history of racism.

...lol..and I thought all the new money that they printed that resembled Monopoly money was "off color"...it's kinda sad that they are doing this...it's almost an insult to people of color...I mean if you think about it..currency is losing its value by the minute...now that it's about worthless they want to put a black lady on it..?...please note that I am not insulting people of color...just insulting the idea...flowerforyou

Damage has already been done, hence... "Black Lady" as you would prefer to call her. Smh.
...I have never been PC...and I am not white so I know all to well what it is like to be picked on for the color of my skin...tried to scrub my color off every time I took a bath as a child...I guess I should have said African American woman...my bad..all that scrubbing gave me tough skin..too bad everyone is so sensitive these days..even my African American friends don't get offended by being referred to as black...But in 2020 when the new money comes to be..guess we will know its worth then...the picture might be the only part with any value...ohwell flowerforyou

Pppfff! No need to explain or justify, or apoligize for your statement, or phrase BLACK LADY, Ms Kind. Or your cultural identity. Especially to foreign socialists pushing their own P.C... that isn't working.

Hhhaaa..

If that was directed at me, I surely didn't ask for or need an explanation from her on anyone on this thread. Change is coming whether you accept it or not. And I most certainly didn't push anything.

Cool story, bro.
However, casual observation indicates, the post was addressed
to someone other than yourself, and therefore, couldn't have
been directed AT you.

On topic: "Weezy" Jefferson, should have been a more
likely nomination

maybe they should put Archie or the "meathead" on a bill...

So along your reasoning we should abolish everything they did!

What about white slaves of the time or they dont count?

The Irish Slave Trade – The Forgotten “White” Slaves

The Slaves That Time Forgot
By John Martin
Global Research, March 17, 2015
Oped News and Global Research 14 April 2008

They came as slaves; vast human cargo transported on tall British ships bound for the Americas.
They were shipped by the hundreds of thousands and included men, women, and even the youngest of children.

Whenever they rebelled or even disobeyed an order, they were punished in the harshest ways.
Slave owners would hang their human property by their hands and set their hands or feet on fire as one form of punishment.
They were burned alive and had their heads placed on pikes in the marketplace as a warning to other captives.

We don’t really need to go through all of the gory details, do we?
We know all too well the atrocities of the African slave trade.

But, are we talking about African slavery? King James II and Charles I also led a continued effort to enslave the Irish.
Britain’s famed Oliver Cromwell furthered this practice of dehumanizing one’s next door neighbor.

The Irish slave trade began when James II sold 30,000 Irish prisoners as slaves to the New World.
His Proclamation of 1625 required Irish political prisoners be sent overseas and sold to English settlers in the West Indies.
By the mid 1600s, the Irish were the main slaves sold to Antigua and Montserrat. At that time,
70% of the total population of Montserrat were Irish slaves.

Ireland quickly became the biggest source of human livestock for English merchants.
The majority of the early slaves to the New World were actually white.

From 1641 to 1652, over 500,000 Irish were killed by the English and another 300,000 were sold as slaves.
Ireland’s population fell from about 1,500,000 to 600,000 in one single decade.

its a nice tangent to educate us on one decade of the irish in Montserrat ,,,,lol

still doesn't change an iota of the facts I posted

only one could be chosen and only one was replaced

that chosen one was freedomfighter and that replaced one was a bigot\

not to mention replacing a male from a historically patriarchal form of governing with a FEMALE

An appeal to fiction (also generalizing from fictional evidence) is a logical fallacy that occurs when someone makes claims about reality based on evidence drawn from works of fiction.

Explanation

Fiction is not reality — it is driven in large part by considerations of being interesting to the audience rather than reflecting reality with 100% accuracy. Furthermore, fiction shows systemic bias in its distortion of reality; common deviations for the audience's benefit are catalogued and studied as tropes. Using fiction to argue about reality can therefore systematically skewer your beliefs and expectations.

You went from racist to bigot even after being shown blacks were not the only ones to be enslaved in America, whats next?

That and I have already shown that we are all slaves as a result of the national debt.

It appears you need to brush up on the difference between political rhetoric facts

He was acting on behalf of British imperialist colonialism, it was the british way back then, and today, just like we are doing today in the ME, we are up over a million dead muslims.
