how to make new id after delete other with same mail id

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're wanting to know if it's possible to create a new or different user name after deleting a previous one while having the same email address for both, right?

Unfortunately, you can't do that. You can only have ONE (1) user account and thus only ONE (1) user name on Mingle2 for a given email address. Now I suppose you can create a whole new email account somewhere else and then make your new profile here on Mingle, but you absolutely cannot have two or more profiles on Mingle registered to the same email address. It wouldn't be fair and it could get you flagged as a potential spammer. Only one user profile can be made per email address.
