well I bought a new mixer and was trying to make a shake with vanilla protein, coconut milk and a frozen banana but somebody should have told me how hard it is to peel a frozen banana

Made that mistake myself. Peel it, put in a plastic bag and then freeze.

I would be pondering my choices of activities for the day... a little bit of work, a little bit of music, and ok a beer too, - is there a Yankee's game today? then later on dinner out with an old school chumette. It will be a full day, as I've been up since frickin 4:30AM..

Thumbing through a few cook books my sister gave me today...one in particular...
Sublime Smoke: Bold New Flavors Inspired By The Old Art Of Barbecue ....one recipe intrigues me...Smoked Cranberry Venison Backstrap. Gonna try this one in the next couple of days...no backstraps on hand but two whole venison tenderloins await me in the freezer
