i prepared the stuffing and the cabbages 2morrow i will cook stuffed cabbages i guess it is quite different way from what the English and Europeans cook. My cousin used to make a stuffed cabbage dish called "sarma". I wonder if it is the same. yes, that is "sarma". the same dish i cooked today. sarma can be made with different kinds of cabbage leaves, wine leaves, chard etc i made it with cabbage. |
