Man it is tough! I never thought I'd say this but I'm actually considering doing splits the way wimps do.

It's ok I've sussed it. Just need to lighten the load. I didn't like having to do that I must admit but in a month or two I'll be able to increase the weight. So you can all stop worrying now.

working your core will get you the best all around gains...I'd seriously be careful focusing on squats and deadlifts...that'll tear ur back and knees up quickly. core core core

True but if done right squats and deadlifts can give you brute force & strength like a mofokr & you really feel the strength if you play sport like rugby or martial arts or any strength involving sport
