It's ok I've sussed it. Just need to lighten the load. I didn't like having to do that I must admit but in a month or two I'll be able to increase the weight. So you can all stop worrying now.

working your core will get you the best all around gains...I'd seriously be careful focusing on squats and deadlifts...that'll tear ur back and knees up quickly. core core core

squats, deadlifts and romanian deadlifts will do legs, back and abs!

Yup that's real, it is all about the core you strengthen your core and the rest will follow.

My sister is also suffering from depression and stress and will visit a local chiropractor in Mississauga at http://www.mississaugachiropractor.ca/. Have heard a lot of good things about this therapy and hope it will be effective.
