I was insulted by a lady who's older than i do for confessing how i feel about her... Its quite painful but does age range matters in a true love affair ?

Maybe its not the age...how long have you "known" her might be more telling. If you just met her (on here for example)and don't know her, she will feel it's strictly a hormone issue

"You're an azz."

Each of those is a confession on how you (may) feel and an insult.

Other than that, if you specifically look for people based on age then age range does matter.

I'm not sure if you do specifically seek out older people.
But it's funny how many people on online dating sites look for older people to date saying that age doesn't matter.
