If you are able to kill,does this make you unappealing.(tis ,the ,season.)DO you like meat that is wild and yet to be taimed?Is it acceptable?

some people dont like that i kill alot of what i eat,, but deer meat is alot healthier than what you can get at the store,, and it costs me about 25 cent for around 75 lbs of meat

I don't really kill. Although if I have gone over 6 hours without eating, and you put a Jack in the Box Sirloin Steak burger in front of me. Watching me eat it would be like watching a T-Rex devour a helpless cow from a Jurassic Park movie...... (I dunno guys, I don't remember those freaking movies too well, but you get the idea).

i tell people,, no matter what happens,, i can feed me and mine very well,, i can shoot, hunt,, skin and trap. i know how to grow my food too. its easy to live off the land if you know how

i did 4 days of survival training,, deep woods, a knife and a compass,,, and the clothes i wore on my back,, that was all kinda fun. i learned to eat things that most people would never think to eat
|

LOL I dunno about that. Not eating for 3 days? Heck, I am so lazy, I might kill and eat my hunting partners just because it is more easier than trying to chase down an animal. LOL Just kidding.

very rarely do i have to chase an animal down,, they usually go down with the first shot. unless im bow hunting,, that is a little difficult

i,m not realy into hunting but if i needed to ,to servive i would ...atliest thumper eats what he kills ...i dont like people that hunt for sport and just let the meat go to waste and put the heads on thier wall

i dont have a single head on my wall,, i use as much of the animal as possible, and what i cant use i bury

To kill as part of survival, no biggie. I have killed a pig before maybe twice, the family had to eat...even clean and chop it up too. Not something we like doing, but you get used to it. You have to be familiar with what we meat you eat to be able to do it. Chooks are a regular delicacy so off with their head. i can't see myself killing a roo to eat, not familiar territory for me personally because I am an alien in Australia.

I dont think I could kill an animal myself....I would eat grass or leaves....but who knows what a person would do in the wilderness for a few months..

I was raised hunting....wild game is what kept our freezer full! How is it any diffrent than killing a cow or a fish? Without it my family would not have ate! I don't hunt as an adult but my girls and I always have a freezer full of elk, deer, antelope, duck, fish, ect. ect. ect......
For some of us it is just away to keep our families nourished and fed! |

but a big moose??? I would be scared it would come after me and chase me down!!!

Moose, it depends...it would suck if the moose get to you first lol I can't hit it with a stick since I don't know how to fire a gun which is not a familiar weapon to most Aussies lol Maybe spear it like the Aboriginies or my people the Polynesians do..but then I better aim it right or I be dinner to them
