PROBLEM :
I have Verizon Fios ..{ hard line phone, internet, cable tv }
There was a storm last week..it was a week ago now..
They cut off my hard line phone..
My power was cut off 2 hours during & after the storm.
FROM the beginning..the phone was cut off with the power..
POWER RESTORED..PHONE IS STILL OUT
NOTE.NOTE.NOTE
They have no place on their website to chat directly with this situation.
OF COURSE..IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO CELL PHONE..AND THEY NO IT...I AM NOT

I AM AN OLD GUY...66.8 yrs old..I did have a plain cell phone briefly a
few years ago for car travel..NOW I am disabled..not an invalid..BUT AM
INVALID TO THE NEW WORLD ORDER.. If I had a cell phone & a hard line phone
then the boards of directors would all develop VERY HARD NIPPLES for
being so excited..BUT ALAS & ALAK..They want just HARD LINE PHONE TYPES

THE ONLY WAY..i got to them witrh an e-mail [ it took 2 days and 2 messages] was an e-mail for CUSTOMERS WITH DISSABILITIES. vccd@verizon.com
THEN I get response without any VERIZON service names..no names..Just a
"hello "...Just responding to my e-mail..NOTHING FROM THEM WITH ANY CORP REPRESENTATIVES AT ALL !!!
THIS IS VERY SUSPICIOUS...LIKE A 'PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATION " from some NSA
type government agency...
THEY have had me " wait the whole weekend to get another response...and it
was hours ago.." Hi, did you get a dial tone yet" [ no name..]
ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS..THIS IS BEYOND SERIOUS..I SIT BY THE FRONT
DOOR..IF I GET A HEART ATTACK..OR A STROKE..I HAVE THE STORM DOOR UNLOCKED SO I CAN FALL 'FACE FIRST' ON MY FRONT PORCH..
Who will feed my two mature indoor/outdoor cats " Simon & Arbuckle " ??
