dont ya hate it when you are so tired ya cant see strait, you go to bed, sleep for a while, then wake up and cant fall back asleep? damn insomnia

after all i did last night,, i didnt think i would even begin to be even partially coherent til after 6 today

I am so not fond of that, if I think I may not be able to sleep I have an organic pill called "Calms" that I take and it works wonders.

that was the oppisite of me i got up early with my son to see him off for school and i went back to sleep and i kept waking up to look at my clock and i finally got up thinking it was 9:00am and it was 9:25 and i was runing late,, i hate that

i dont have to be at work til 10 tonight,, and just a normal 9 hour tonight thank god

If it doesn't get any better I would definately speak to yourdoc about something else. There are more than just ambien on the market you know. Rest well....friend There are days that I can survive on 4-5 hrs of sleep. Last night I think I got about 6 1/2. I like to sleep in when I can. this morning was one of those days.
