I have heard there is a lot of depressed people there because the weather is consistently gray and cold.

I have heard there is a lot of depressed people there because the weather is consistently gray and cold. That's weird, because parts of Norway are further north then that and every time I had to talk to one of them on the phone they sounded terminally happy. It was almost annoying.
