Tough road ahead for whomever it is though. Lots of drugs out there to help as long as it doesn't escalate into full blown AIDS. You can be HIV+ for life and still live pretty normally. I think we'll get a hint if certain people decide they won't do romantic scenes or action movies anymore. Thus the reduced chance of passing on any bodily fluids like blood.
