Just heard on a local station here, new unreported info is, that the FBI has found many numerous highly classified documents and images on her personal server that she kept in the closet. That the director of the FBI, who has been personally involved in the investigation, has evidence that will be turned over to the Department of Injustice.
What makes it interesting is suggestion that these files were on her server at or near times that the Clinton Foundation received foreign donations. Were they placed there for a reason? Who knows, in this administration, who knows what they are up to. We shall see.

They could find everything they need to convict her and still nothing would be done.

Well it flies in the face of common sense that a SECSTATE would NEVER have sent or received classified information during her tenure, when a personal e-mail address was the only one available for people to use.

At the very least, I would think that since ANYONE in the Secretary of State position is by statute part of the White House National Security Council, and would receive classified information, as your job is to advise the President on national security and foreign policy matters.

One assumes these NSC meetings discussed classified information, and I'm sure there are minutes recorded of the meetings. Minutes are usually distributed to attendees as reminders, and as a resource for future meetings. I also assume e-mail is used to send everyone their copy. Since you normally see any classification rules involved in the material, AND who else is on the distribution list, it kinda shoots holes in the "I never sent or received classified documents." story. It ALSO kinda blows up the Obama story that he didn't know she was using a private e-mail address. He saw it on every copy of minutes that were sent out to the team. DUH.

We're ALSO forgetting one of the allegedly MOST important documents in the U.S. government, which is produced EVERY SINGLE DAY. The PDB! That's the President's Daily Brief. This is a TOP SECRET document, and has a distribution list that has almost always included the Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, and the National Security Advisor.

What are the odds that Hillary Clinton NEVER received EITHER NSC meeting notes OR PDB's via e-mail on her server? That in four years she NEVER got ONE document from either group she was a member of?

IF her team stripped file markers off for her as a CYA process, she still knew the material inside the emails were sensitive, and dealt with it anyway. IF she claims she had no idea the material itself was 'sensitive', then she's too stupid to be President.

Well, if she has been panhandling information to other governments for a donation, that would be treason. A special prosecutor is needed to find out. Aren't SP's appointed by a house commitee?

Seems there is an effort by the IG to get Hitlery to account for a missing $6B while she was SecState..... a little more than the $6M she was called out for earlier and blamed on her staffs "poor record keeping".

Funds totaling that amount could only be authorized by the Sec State, not her staff.

There is also an investigation (supposedly) into $50M that seems to be missing from her tax statements that she is needing to answer to.

Of course if anything is done about it, it will be after the election cycle if at all...

Me thinks she is counting on being elected so she can just sweep it all under the rug like Obozo did his records....

That is probably why Obama is covering for her. He may have been indirectly with the missing money (Which makes me wonder, where did all of that stimulus money go?). Her pulling stings to get members of her staff high paying side jobs, something is stinking there. Maybe extra money for her loyalty? Just a random thought in passing. Maybe someone familiar with the American vetting process can speak to this. One of the obvious avenues of discussion on the whole Hillary e-mail thing has been her claim that she never received or sent any 'secret' or 'classified' documents.

WHAT IF the biggest secret is that she wasn't cleared to handle secret documents? Based on access that Slick Willy would have to her server, and the ability for him to look over her shoulder at home, maybe she was deemed an unacceptable risk to handle classified documents?

If her staff got the documents first, stripped off any classification tabs, and then forwarded the email to her, she has not technically 'received' a classified document.

In addition if she was always orally briefed, or 'read in' on secret information, then she could make her own notes for later transposition and storage on her server as a reference tool. Thus she eliminates the e-mail trail, still has the info to do her job, and since a Secretary of State failing a security check would be a scandal, maybe THAT'S what she is so desperate to hide?

Would be one weird explanation for all the cloak and dagger, but it fits the narrative put out by State, Clinton, and the WH.

I know the intel community says they found over 100 documents with classified info, but the State Dept. claims that's a matter of opinion, and not fact, since departments have different thresholds for classified information. In fact, I saw a story today where the intel folks upon review by a more senior staffer have walked back one of the emails as no longer having classified info.

So, is it even remotely possible that the reason she had no classified documents is because she wasn't allowed to have any?

Newsflash! The people who were going to vote for Clinton mostly will vote for her anyway. Obama will crush any scandal that leaves a black mark on his presidency.
