Standard gentleman things like actually listening to her, open the doors for her, pull out chairs for her.

Those are quick noticeable things, but most gentlemen don't think of these things as we just naturally do them without consciously thinking about them.

Well sir If I am understanding your question correctly, I think the first step is to actually be the person you presented yourself as.I think you should open doors,listen to what she says, and interact with her comments,treat her with respect,and always conduct yourself with class and dignity no matter what. I have a feeling you are doing this already so best of luck to you sir.
