Standard gentleman things like actually listening to her, open the doors for her, pull out chairs for her.

Well sir If I am understanding your question correctly, I think the first step is to actually be the person you presented yourself as.I think you should open doors,listen to what she says, and interact with her comments,treat her with respect,and always conduct yourself with class and dignity no matter what.
